We want you to be fully satisfied with your GreenPan cookware; if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Cookware

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
